A town of conservation areas

Replacing windows or doors, or changing how they look, can need consent from Warwick District Council in some places. Where we think that applies we say so at the visit, and it is yours to check before anything is booked.
That is one reason repair matters here. A lock, a hinge or a misted unit can be put right inside the frame you already have, with nothing about the front of the house changing.
Newer houses, newer doors
On the later estates, composite front doors are common. They are heavy, and the hinges and keeps take the weight. When one starts to need a push to lock, it is usually an adjustment and not a failure.

We are based in the north of the county, so Kenilworth suits a list of jobs or a proper repair better than a single quick fix. If a job is not worth the journey for either of us, we will tell you straight away.

Our workmanship is guaranteed for twenty-four months. That covers the fitting and the hanging. Exterior paintwork, stains and sealant are guaranteed for twelve months. The product itself, whoever supplies it, is covered by the manufacturer’s own guarantee. If a product does fail, we handle the manufacturer claim for you at no charge.
We work Monday to Thursday. Friday is our office day, kept for quotes, ordering parts and answering people.
