What information we collect
In the course of carrying out property maintenance and improvement works, we may collect and hold the following personal information:

- Property address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Details of works carried out at a property
- Photographs and video of the work, taken before and after it is carried out
Where we are instructed by a managing agent or landlord, we may receive tenant contact details solely for the purpose of arranging access and carrying out the requested works.
Photographs and video
We take photographs and video of our work before and after it is carried out. Some of these are taken inside homes. We keep them as a record of the work.
We sometimes show examples of our work publicly, for example on our website and social media. Nobody is photographed or filmed inside their home for anything public without being asked first, and we keep a written record of their answer.
Why we collect it
We collect and use personal information for the following purposes:
- To arrange and carry out property maintenance and improvement works
- To communicate with customers, tenants, and managing agents regarding works
- To issue quotations and invoices
- To maintain records of works completed
How we store it
Personal information is stored securely within our internal operations system. We do not use paper records. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
Our customer records are held on software provided by companies based in the United States, so personal information may be stored or processed outside the United Kingdom.
We retain records of works and associated contact details for a period of six years in line with standard business and tax record-keeping requirements, after which they are securely deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where works require the involvement of a specialist subcontractor (for example, electrical or specialist trades), we may share the property address and relevant access details with that subcontractor solely for the purpose of carrying out the works. All subcontractors are vetted and bound by confidentiality.

- Request that we correct any inaccurate information
- Request that we delete your personal information, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain it
