Property maintenance in Bedworth
Ten minutes down the road from us, and close enough that a small job is worth the journey. That matters more than it sounds, because most firms will not come out for one gate.
What we do here
The housing, and what it means
Bedworth is largely a town of terraces and interwar and postwar semis, with newer building out towards the edges and around Bulkington. Two things follow from that.
The first is access. On the older streets there is frequently no side gate, so anything long, a fence panel, a full gutter run, a length of skirting, has to come through the house. That changes how the work is done and how long it takes, and we price it at the visit rather than discovering it on the day.
The second is age. Original timber and cast iron are still in place on plenty of houses here. Both are usually repairable. We would rather repair them than take them off, and we will tell you when repairing is genuinely the wrong call.
Small jobs are welcome
Happy to start small is not a slogan, it is how most of our Bedworth work begins. One sticking door, one dropped gate, one gutter joint. If it turns into more later, good, and if it does not, that is fine too.
Landlords and agents
Where a property is let, the person paying is rarely the person who opens the door. We arrange access with the tenant ourselves, confirm the date with everyone who needs it, and send one invoice to you. Tenants are never given a price.

We are based in Nuneaton and Bedworth is one of the places we are in most weeks. There is no travel charge and no minimum distance to argue about.
