What information we collect Name, property address, phone number, email address, and details of works carried out. Where instructed by a managing agent or landlord, we may receive tenant contact details solely to arrange access and carry out works.
Why we collect it To arrange and carry out works, communicate with customers and agents, issue quotations and invoices, and maintain records of works completed.
How we store it Securely within our internal operations system. No paper records. Access restricted to authorised personnel. Records retained for six years in line with business and tax requirements, then securely deleted.
Who we share it with We do not sell or share personal information for marketing. Where works require a specialist subcontractor, we may share the property address and access details with that subcontractor solely to carry out the works. All subcontractors are vetted and bound by confidentiality.
